Purpose of the Center
The center aims to deliver statistical analysis services to academics, as well as local and international institutions and organizations, adhering to international professional standards and principles in statistics. Its objectives include designing, conducting, finalizing, and reporting research and application projects; publishing scholarly works on statistics and related disciplines; offering specialized training courses in statistics and econometrics; and organizing certification programs. Additionally, the center evaluates statistical research outcomes conducted with the assistance of external statistical consultancy services and issues scientific and statistical quality certifications.
Fields of Activity of the Center

Providing consultancy services to public and private institutions and organizations on subjects directly or indirectly related to statistics, econometrics, and education.

Engaging in scholarly publishing activities in statistics, econometrics, and education.

Designing and implementing projects, delivering training programs, and organizing certification courses in response to the needs of public and private institutions and organizations on topics associated with statistics, econometrics, and education.

Assessing the results of statistical research conducted through consultancy services obtained from external individuals or organizations and issuing scientific and statistical quality certifications.

Developing and executing research projects for public and private institutions and organizations on matters directly or indirectly linked to statistics, econometrics, and education.

Establishing collaborative partnerships with domestic and international public and private institutions and organizations in the area of consultancy, training, publishing, research, and project activities carried out by the center.

Acquiring movable and immovable assets, allocated to the use of the center, in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks to facilitate research, projects, and publication efforts.

Providing on-site and remote training courses on statistics and econometrics, and organizing certification programs to enhance academic and professional expertise in these fields.
Project and Working Groups
To facilitate the execution of activities within the center and to optimize operational efficiency, specialized working groups comprising academic staff may be established. The appointment of the chairpersons and members of these groups—whether on a temporary or permanent basis—is made upon the recommendation of the Director and with the approval of the Executive Board. The Executive Board retains oversight and supervises the activities and outputs of these working groups.
