To provide consultancy services to public and private institutions and organizations on topics directly or indirectly related to statistics, econometrics, and education; to conduct publishing activities on statistics, econometrics, and education; to carry out project studies in line with the demands of public and private institutions and organizations on topics directly or indirectly related to statistics, econometrics, and education; to offer training and organize certificate programs; to evaluate statistical research results conducted with the support of statistical consultancy services from other individuals and organizations and issue scientific and statistical quality certificates; to design and implement research projects for public and private institutions and organizations on topics directly or indirectly related to statistics, econometrics, and education; to establish collaborations with domestic and international public and private institutions and organizations in consultancy, training, publishing, research, and project activities conducted within the center; to acquire all kinds of movable and immovable assets allocated for the use of the center in accordance with the relevant legislative provisions to carry out research, project, and publication activities within the center; and to provide on-site and remote training courses on statistics and econometrics and organize certificate programs.
